| Bio: | I'm a disabled cancer survivor - in August of 1995 they told me I wouldn't last more than three months. I've learned alot along the way about surviving and about keeping a good sense of humor at the same time. Ever since I received radiation to shrink the tumor in my chest and ease my pain while I waited "to die", my legs have had increasing numbness and pain. Over a year ago, neuropathy started in my hip and thigh and has spread down both legs and gotten much worse since then. No one had been able to come up with a cause for the problem, which has me almost completely housebound (only go out to doctors) but x-rays and MRIs showed no damage. However, just recently, a neurosurgeon found the answer: the radiation I received in '95 damaged my spine and it has been slowly deteriorating since then. There's nothing that can be done about it, at least not according to earthly doctors. But I don't believe their reports. Didn't believe them when they said I was dying, why would I believe them now?
